The Right of First Refusal means that you permit Tour A House, its Subsidiaries or associated companies to provide property and / or goods and services under the same terms and conditions made by another provider and acceptable to you.
- For example, if you want to buy a can of Campbell's Tomato soup being offered by your local supermarket at the price of 50¢ a can, and a Tour A House affiliate wants to sell you the same can of Campbell's Tomato soup at the price you found, 50¢ a can, you agree to purchase the can of soup from the Tour A House affiliate. If a Tour A House affiliate can't match the price, you are excused of your obligation to Tour A House and get to use the service for free!
