Instead, you grant Tour A House, its affiliates or business partners the right of first refusal in providing services listed on the Tour A House submission form. In simple terms this means that if we can meet or beat the best price for a product or service that you shopped around for, you agree to purchase the items from Tour A House, its affiliates or business partners. If we can’t meet or beat the price, you get the service for free. The items we are currently offering are listed on the Tour A House submission form.


If we add new items to our family of products and services after you send in your form, you are not obligated to purchase them even if we meet or beat your price. But we sure would appreciate it!


What would be the charge if you aren't going to buy another home after you use Tour A House to sell you current home? Simple, because there are so very few of you. You get to use the service for free.
